The atmosphere was at the reunion, Monday, July 3, 2017 in the center of Ceffel Andraikiba in Antsirabe. It’s been a while that teams  and young people of 5 agricultural colleges of the Fekama had not met, the last gathering had taken place in July 2016 in Ambondromisotra.

During two weeks, the teams, boards and young people leaving agricultural colleges took part in this now annual ritual meeting which aims to take stock of the past school year but also prepare the next. But the specificity of this meeting was the variety of stakeholders who were able to reinforce the skills of the Fekama college teams: specialists in human resources management, adolescent education, school reinforcement or project management, but also experts in tree and market gardening techniques. The different sessions have followed one another with the teams in order to meet their training needs.

The 16 representatives of the outgoing young agricultural colleges exchanged on the questions of the implication of the young farmers in the organizations peasants but also on the access to the financing of the farmers. A meeting that ended with a visit to the operation of a young leader of the Federation VFTV Fifata in Betafo, about twenty kilometers from Antsirabe.

The second week of the grouping was devoted to the assessment of the school year for the administrators and the directors of the Fekama colleges. The General Assembly took place on 12 July and saw the presence of members of the Fifata Group as well as national officials of agricultural and rural training. The opportunity for Fekama to present its strategy by 2024.
