Fifteen members of the young network had come from 12 regions to exchange practices and experiences on various topics related to their mission: assessment of their involvement in the network for more than a year, future network blog .. .

Outsiders have brought concrete elements to enrich the debate:

Yann Raineau, Office of European Affairs and International Cooperation (Ministry of Agriculture), presented a framework on skills acquired through experience of international mobility;

Celine Leroux, France Volontaires, spoke on the topic of career after volunteering and international solidarity;

Christian Resche, SupAgro Florac, proposed several network collaboration tools (Wiki, Pad …).

This meeting was also an opportunity for the two national leaders to go back over the analysis of the results of a survey conducted on eight of them about the effects of training EADR-SI (in terms of representations, namely-how …). A first survey which shows that training, among other things, clarified the concepts of awareness raising and international cooperation, and was convinced of the importance of networking.

Fert EADR_CNEAP_Formation ModuleTopics specific to the network have also been the subject of many discussions:

  • a reference document for this action EADR-SI (work in process)
  • setting up a blog,
  • future of the network
The richness of the exchanges showed, if need be, liability and is motivation are always present in order to continue the dynamics.
