Since 2013, Fifata and Fert have set up, at the request of the elected representatives and managers of the Fifata group in Madagascar, a training course for executives belonging to the Fifata group as well as specialized organizations (Fekama, Ceffel , etc.).
By offering joint training, this tandem executive-elected training course aims to strengthen the skills of the chairmen and directors of POs but also their ability to collaborate together in the service of the members.
Three years after its first session, a capitalization of this training has just been achieved; it is now available for download:
