Since 2016, Fert has been committed to a quality approach to structure the improvement of its practices.  It involves employees, in conjunction with administrators, in a non-normative approach of continuous improvement based on a self-diagnostic model adapted to NGOs (Madac – Self-diagnostic and continuous improvement model).

Each year, the Quality Workshops come up with concrete proposals for tools, guides and advice valued by all.

This approach is in line with the ethical charter of Coordination SUD to which Fert is a signatory.
