lang=\"en\"><\/span>This programme led by Fert from 2014 to 2017 is the extension of the project &#8220;Soil conservation and food security: a common concern for peasant farmers in Mali and Morocco&#8221;. It was implemented simultaneously in two regions of Morocco and one region of Tunisia. It was structured around four axes in order to sustainably improve people&#8217;s food security: strengthening the capacities of farmers&#8217; groups, validating sustainable agronomic practices, creating and reproducing innovative semi-direct seed drills (SD) locally, and raising national stakeholders&#8217; awareness of the challenges and practices of conservation agriculture.
